Refund Policy

Should you be dissatisfied with Prox Devices® product in the form of devices and/or firmware ("Product"), the original retail purchaser of the Product may return all Product purchased in the original transaction, in its original condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within thirty (30) days of the date of sale by the original retail purchaser and Prox Devices will exchange it or provide a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that this policy applies only to Products purchased directly from Prox Devices and Products purchased on Prox Devices' Amazon merchant account. This is in addition to your legal rights and your rights under the Prox Devices One-Year Warranty.

Requesting a Refund

If Product was purchased through Amazon, requesting a refund must occur through the Amazon platform. Amazon return guidelines will apply.

If Product was purchased directly from Prox Devices, requesting a refund may occur if less than thirty (30) days has elapsed from original date of purchase, and the order is returned in good condition with the original packaging. If returning the Product directly to Prox Devices, you will need to contact Prox Devices prior to returning the Product to receive the proper return instructions as noted below.

A Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") is required for all returns. No Product will be accepted for return without an approved RMA number. The Product should only be sent to the address printed on the RMA. Products shipped to Prox Devices, both in and out of Warranty, are shipped at the expense of the customer. Prox Devices will only pay for return shipping charges to the customer for repaired Products that are in Warranty.

If service is required, contact Prox Devices Technical Support prior to returning any Product to Prox Devices. If Technical Support determines that the Product needs to be assessed by Prox Devices, an RMA number will be issued as noted above.

Note: Prox Devices can only accept returns for orders placed directly with Prox Devices or its Amazon merchant account. If the Product is purchased through another party (such as a third-party Amazon merchant), please contact the seller for refund instructions.
